Sketchbook Project: Teeth

Dear Teeth,

It's taken a long time, but I've finally grown to like you. Now that I have spent so much money to tolerate you, I better floss and brush to keep us together.

Sincerely,
The Rest of the Body (and the chequing account)

  1. Ha ha. I can relate to this. I had a tooth removed last year - which cost in itself was worth a nice holiday but the leading up of paying for visits and opinions of what other dentists were going to do with it and their quotes (with no guarantee of root canals etc working anyway) was a killer on the bank account.

  2. Hi there. I am a book cover designer and I am working on a cover for a book about the human heart and I noticed one of your illustrations of a heart done in marker. Can you e-mail me at
david@salamanderhill.com so I can show you what we were thinking?

  4. I sent you an e-mail. Sometimes by e-mails end up in junk mail because of my unusual domaine name.

  5. I have invested heavily in braces, redoing bonds from a bicycle accident in my youth, fillings from decalcified molars and now there are many little things to keep an eye on that may require more work in the future. *sigh* perhaps I should have been a dentist. ;-)
